You will find us at 42 North Road. Office visits are by appointment, and you can reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp before you sign and after you collect your keys.

Monthly rent, tenancy dates and the fair-use terms for your home belong in the open. Fair use varies by property size and type, so we go through yours with you.

Who is Bayt Student Accommodation?
We are a Lancaster student accommodation team, trading as BAYT LIMITED and letting student homes in the city since September 2003. We work in Lancaster only.
Do you manage your own properties, or act as an agent?
We let and look after our own student homes. The person you speak to about a viewing is the same team that handles your tenancy and your repairs afterwards.
Is Bayt an accredited landlord?
We are a Lancaster University Homes approved landlord and a National Residential Landlords Association member, and deposits are protected through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Each of those bodies can be checked independently of us.
Where is the Bayt office, and can I visit?
Our office is at 42 North Road, Lancaster, LA1 1NY. Visits are by appointment only, so contact us before travelling and we will arrange a time.
Who do I contact once I have moved in?
The same local team. Routine repairs go through the repair route so your address, description and photos stay together, and every report gets a response within 24 hours. Call us for an urgent problem with your home.
