Bayt student homes include gas, electricity, water and high-speed broadband in one weekly figure, paid monthly. Your TV licence and free laundry are included too. The written package for your chosen home is the final word.
Where a security deposit is taken, it is protected through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
