The bedroom includes a small double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, desk and chair, bookshelf, pinboard and TV point. The house has three bathrooms, with one on each floor, plus a separate lounge where everyone can spend time together without turning the kitchen into the only communal area.

The kitchen is equipped for a nine-person household with two large fridge-freezers, two ovens and hobs, a dishwasher and a microwave. There are also two washer-dryers, which gives the household more laundry capacity and avoids coin-operated washing costs.

Outside, the house has space for barbecues, secure bike storage and free on-street parking, subject to availability and local restrictions.

Moorlands living with a direct route towards campus

Gregson Road suits a student who wants a residential neighbourhood rather than the busiest part of the city centre. A Premier convenience store and Londis cover everyday essentials, Hodgson’s Chippy is a popular local food option, and Williamson Park gives you a large green space for walks, running and time away from study.

Nearby services run through Bowerham towards Lancaster University. The 1/1A provides a direct connection approximately every ten minutes from the main city stops, with additional services increasing daytime frequency. Cycling is also practical, particularly for students using the southbound routes towards Bailrigg.

The rent is £135 per week. Gas, electricity, water, high-speed broadband and the property’s stated bills package are included, with the allowance and tenancy terms confirmed before signing.
