How do I arrange a property viewing?
Use the booking card on the property page — it shows real viewing slots up to seven days ahead — or the viewing request on the student accommodation page. Either way, choose a property and a time and add your contact details. A request is not confirmed until Bayt replies.
Where should an existing tenant report a repair?
Use the Report a Repair page for routine maintenance so the team receives the address, issue and supporting images. Call Bayt for an urgent tenant issue; if you smell gas, call 0800 111 999 from a safe place.
Is there an online calendar for scheduling a call?
Not for calls — though viewings have one: pick a real slot on any property page. To arrange a call, use the contact form to request a suitable time, or call the team directly on 01524 888 151.
