Using this website
You may use the website to research student accommodation, contact Bayt, book a viewing, apply through a linked form, and access tenant support. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use its content for unlawful or misleading activity.
Property information and availability
Bayt aims to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, bills information, room counts, availability, and travel details accurate, but listings can change and occasional errors can occur. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Confirm material details in writing before paying money or signing an agreement.
Viewings, enquiries, and applications
Sending a form or booking request does not reserve a property or create a tenancy. A viewing time is not confirmed until Bayt accepts it. An application remains subject to availability, identity or right-to-rent checks where applicable, references, guarantor requirements, affordability or other stated checks, and signed documents.
Tenancies and payments
The tenancy agreement and any property-specific written terms take priority over general website copy if there is a conflict. Do not send rent, deposits, or holding payments using details found outside a verified Bayt communication. Contact Bayt directly if payment instructions change unexpectedly.
External websites
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Reviews, and Google Forms. Bayt is not responsible for the availability or independent terms of those services. A link does not mean Bayt endorses every statement or service on the destination website.
