University dates may change. Some degrees, including Medicine, use different dates, and this calendar does not apply to postgraduate courses. Term dates are not your tenancy dates.

Are all the homes shown available to book for 2027/28?
No. This page selects listings assigned to 2027/28, and each card shows its current status. Register interest means the home has not been released for viewings. An enquiry does not reserve it.
When do 2027/28 viewings start?
Viewings follow each home’s release. Send us your preferred home and we will respond with its current 2027/28 position and viewing options.
How much is rent for 2027/28?
Rent is set for each home and letting year. A register-interest home has no published rate here; your 2027/28 offer will confirm the rent. A rate advertised elsewhere for 2026/27 is not a quote for 2027/28.
When does Lancaster University’s 2027/28 year begin?
The university lists Welcome Week as 27 September to 3 October 2027, followed by Michaelmas term from 4 October. Some courses use different dates, and postgraduate dates are separate. Your tenancy start date is confirmed in your housing offer.
