Every Bayt student home includes household bills and free laundry. That lets your group begin with the same package when comparing our homes. Still check the exact rent and dates for each property: rent is paid monthly and tenancies typically run for 48 to 50 weeks. Summer is included, with no separate summer retainer. The full written offer matters more than a number copied into a group chat.
A guarantor is usually UK-based, and non-UK guarantors are considered. Raise any questions early, including when one housemate has a different situation from the others. Ask for the proposed agreement and let each person read it. This page does not assume a particular contract structure for your house; the agreement for the actual home is where those details belong.
